Watch Observatory

This site is not strictly on Astronomy; the Watch name was derived by the author at the tender age of 14 when Astronomy first took hold of his imagination. The logo and special effect is also of the same period and reproduced here with fond memories. You'll find some of my other passions; browse to my observatory equipment, dabblings in stereo and panoramic photography, travels to the far corners of the globe and my passion for flight. Do e-mail me a comment; always appreciated, positive or not.

The site is favorable to Internet Explorer and Windows Media player, and requries at least 1200 pixel resolution across. Apologies to Mac, Linux users and other browsers. I have mostly worked it out for Firefox. Movie players need two clicks on the play button to run. Firefox will load slowly on pages with players due to auto-start.
